The BANEA conference for 2021 was hosted virtually by Bournemouth University. The keynote lecture was given by Dr Allison Mickel, Lehigh University who addressed the topic of 'Decolonising Archaeology: Diversity and Inclusivity' and the conference welcomed papers from across the spectrum of Near Eastern Archaeology.
